Pellet Extruding Test - $180.00
We test pellets provided by the customer to see if the plastic can be extruded using our Filabot extruder systems. We will provide documentation on the proper temperatures and set up procedures. Minimum of 1lb of material needed for testing, also an MSDS on the material is needed. Customer mails the sample to our testing lab after placing an order.
Solid Grinding Extruding Test - $260.00
This is similar to the Pellet Extruding Test. This service should be selected when a customer has a solid piece of plastic, such as a plastic scrap. After grinding the solid pieces, we test ground plastic in our Filabot Wee or Filabot Original extruder systems. We will provide documentation on the proper temperatures and set up procedures. Minimum of 1lb of material necessary for testing as well as MSDS on the material. Customer mails the sample to our testing lab after placing an order.
